This file contains the known descendants, to the 6th
generation, of Joshua Cawood, born about 1690, nailmaker of Otley, Yorkshire.
Notes for Ann BRANGAN
[5] gives her birth date as 1787. [14] gives BRANGHAM or BRAUGHAM, usually
the former. [21] gives BRIDGHAM. [21] gives BRANGAN. Cannot trace a Boudon
in Ireland (as per [14]): most likely Bandon, the place where her daughter
Sarah was also born. [44] gives birth date as 1783.
Buried in the graveyard of the Methodist Church, Clumber (near Grahamstown). The stone reads: "Sacred to the memory of Ann the beloved wife of Richard Hulley who departed this life December 1844 aged 61 years.
"Hark a voice divides the sky
Happy are the faithful dead
In the Lord who sweetly die
They from all their toils are free"
